How are you offering this product for free?

We are a team of software developers who own and manage other applications. Many of us also happen to own and manage rental properties. We realized the features and simplicity we wanted to manage our own rental portfolios didn't exist, so we made them ourselves. We are now offering our simplified experience to other landlords. Over time, we will add optional features that may incur one-time fees for or subscription-based plans. We built this to simplify our own portfolio management and are making that available to everyone.
